PENGARUH SISTEM KERJA DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA TENAGA OUTSOURCING PADA BANK BRI KANWIL KOTA PEKANBARU

Performance is a result that the employee achieves in job by specific criteria that apply to a particular job. This research was conducted to determaine the influence and analyze the factors that influence the performance of outsourced workers. This kind of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were outsourced eemployees at the bank BRI Pekanbaru city regional office. The survey responders are outcourcing employees of the new week's BRI bank. The sample sampling technique uses an impressive sampling with the number of 56 respondents. The technique used in this study is a questionnaire or angket technique. From research, it was partially obtained that work systems and compensation were influential and significant. This mean that the higher the work system implemented in the company the higher the employee performanve will be. And the higher the compensation an employee receives the higher the employee’s performance.
