The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, teamwork and work performance assessment on job satisfaction of marketing division employees PT. Wuling Arista Pekanbaru City. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were all employees of the marketing division of PT. Wuling Arista Pekanbaru City, totaling 62 people. Considering that the population is relatively small, namely under 100, all members of the population are taken as research samples, so the research is referred to as population research or census research. Data obtained from distributing questionnaires was analyzed using multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis. The partial results of this research show that leadership has a positive and insignificant effect, teamwork and work performance appraisal have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of marketing division employees PT. Wuling Arista Pekanbaru City.
